This class designed just for boys to advance their skills on all the boy’s events: Floor, Bars, Vault. They will also gain strength needed to perform well on the boy’s equipment: Pommel Horse, Rings, and Parallel bars. We recognize that boys in this age group tend to require discipline and structure, so we provide just that. This class utilizes conditioning to increase their strength and promote success in any sport they choose to participate in.

I have 22 years of experience as a gymnast. I started at 3 years old & quickly moved up from there to power tumbling for 2 years. From there I joined the boys program at ALL World Gymnastics. I competed for 11 years up to level 10 at 4 separate Junior Olympic National Championships. After graduating High School I competed for another 2 years on Springfield College's NCAA Men's Gymnastics Team. After that I began coaching gymnastics and have been coaching for 8 years.
I have 12 years of experience coaching gymnastics. I also have experience coaching peewee football, karate and Kung Fu. I enjoy being a part of a team responsible for coaching gymnastics to the next generation. My favorite hobby is hot rods along with my favorite book being Fallen Angels.
