How Our Parties are Set up

The party format depends on the type of party package you choose.
For regular parties, the first hour of the party is spent in the gym with our instructor(s). This can be spent as “open-gym”, or “structured”. Open Gym style is where the participants will have free-use of the gym to “play”. Structured style is where the participants will be put into a group, and taken through obstacles/stations. You may also choose to have a combination of the two styles.
The second hour will be spent in the party room, eating pizza, presents, cake.
For gym-only parties, the two hours is spent in the gym with our instructors. This can be spent as "open-gym", "structured" style or any combination of the two.

You will have 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to clean up. ADDITIONAL SET UP/CLEAN UP TIME AVAILABLE!
Our coaches are there at your disposal to help set up/clean up, serve pizza and drinks and to help make your day!

We provide fun add-ons and services as well!

BOUNCE HOUSE: Looking to add some extra fun! Add on our bounce house!
ENTIRE GYM AVAILABLE: SH location only, utilize both the big gym and preschool gym for your party!
DART GUN THEMED PARTY: Who doesn’t love a good dart war! WE DO! Bring your own guns & eye protection (we also sell eye protection!) we provide unlimited bullets!
SAMURAI THEMED PARTY: What could be better than a Samurai themed birthday party? 30-minute obstacle course of running, flipping, jumping, and fun samurai maneuvers for everyone 30 minutes of open free play.
EXTRA 30 OR 60 MINUTES AVAILABLE: If 2 hours isn’t enough time to play, socialize, open presents, and sing happy birthday, that’s okay we have additional add on times!
CONCIERGE PACKAGE: Looking for specific themed birthday party décor, leave it to SGA! We will do the shopping for you! Let us know what you want and need, and we will handle the rest!
