Our Girls Competitive Program has girls from 3 all the way up to 18, and from developmental through level 10. The goal of the program is to teach the athletes discipline while having fun in an engaging and learning environment. Our gymnasts practice anywhere from 2-24 hours per week.
I loved Gymnastics as a child and teen. It helped shaped the person I am today. I was a gymnast for 10 years (8 to 18 years old) and from there became a coach and have been coaching for 10 years now. I have been with SGA since our grand opening of our Sterling Heights location in 2015. SGA is my home away from home and I am so excited to meet and coach our current and new students.
Gymnastics has been apart of my life since I was 3 years old. I started in classes and worked my way up to Level 9. I have spent the last 15 years of my life coaching gymnastics off and on. I look forward to meeting you and your children in the near future. Favorite Quote: "When you feel like giving up, remember why you held on for so long."
I was a gymnast for 12 years, 6 of those 12 was competitive gymnastics! I continued doing some skill work while in college and I have been coaching for 8 1/2 years. I love to read, travel, and eat!! My favorite sport besides gymnastics is hockey! I look forward to meeting you and your child!
I have 22 years of experience as a gymnast. I started at 3 years old & quickly moved up from there to power tumbling for 2 years. From there I joined the boys program at ALL World Gymnastics. I competed for 11 years up to level 10 at 4 separate Junior Olympic National Championships. After graduating High School I competed for another 2 years on Springfield College's NCAA Men's Gymnastics Team. After that I began coaching gymnastics and have been coaching for 8 years.
