During each class a coach will guide parents in assisting their child through station based activities along with an obstacle course. These courses will help teach basic motor skills and is an introduction into structured classes. Only one parent per child is allowed out on the floor at a time. We encourage parents to switch weeks so that each has an opportunity to assist their child.
