If your child is ready to take their gymnastics to the next level, build skills in and out of the gym, and meet great friends and teammates, this is their chance. Welcome to the Sterling Gymnastics Academy Team Tryouts.



Tryouts are for any athletes between 5-17.

Sterling Gymnastics Academy Open Gyms:

  • done_allThemed open gyms are once a month
  • done_allPre-enroll child below or through the parent portal to guarantee a spot. Can also enroll in person or by phone
  • done_allCash only at the door and drop off the day of.
  • done_allParents have the choice to stay & watch from the viewing area or drop off
  • done_allEvent is 4 & up without a parent present.
