This class designed to help your child progress through the first 4 levels of gymnastics. At SGA, we separate gymnasts by level: Beginner (Level 1), Intermediate (Level 2), and Advanced (Level 3/4) Gymnasts will advance their skills on all events: Floor, Beam, Bars, and Vault. This is a Girls Only Class.

I have 22 years of experience as a gymnast. I started at 3 years old & quickly moved up from there to power tumbling for 2 years. From there I joined the boys program at ALL World Gymnastics. I competed for 11 years up to level 10 at 4 separate Junior Olympic National Championships. After graduating High School I competed for another 2 years on Springfield College's NCAA Men's Gymnastics Team. After that I began coaching gymnastics and have been coaching for 8 years.
I was a gymnast for 12 years, 6 of those 12 was competitive gymnastics! I continued doing some skill work while in college and I have been coaching for 8 1/2 years. I love to read, travel, and eat!! My favorite sport besides gymnastics is hockey! I look forward to meeting you and your child!
I have been coaching at SGA for over 3 years. I played softball for 2 years and was a cheerleader for 5 years. I have siblings who currently attend SGA one of which is on our competitive team. My favorite subject in school was math and I love to read. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family and friends. I am in school earning a degree in Elementary Education. I am very excited to meet you and your child!
I have 4 years of coaching experience & 5 years experience as a gymnast. I have years of experience with additional sports such as, Varsity Sideline/competitive cheer, along with varsity track & field / club track & field.
